Joe handles Generellem tech, including software and IT. He also does sales and fundraising. Generellem also has an open-source project, which is the underlying engine of our SaaS project and he manages that along with the associated developer community.

Previously, Joe was an author, instructor, and independent consultant. His 9 books include C# Cookbook/O'Reilly and Programming the Microsoft Bot Framework/MS Press. Because of Joe's community contributions, Microsoft has honored him with 15 Most Valuable Professional (MVP) awards.

Jennifer manages product, making sure that the voice of the customer reflects in all we do. She also leads on accounting and marketing. With her strong background in writing, she has a close eye on all of the content we produce.

Jennifer's previous roles include Senior Technical Writer and Senior Product Specialist. She has experience both in content and product strategy at early and growing startups, including a chatbot company. The pen is mightier than the sword, but Jennifer is also 3rd degree black belt and US national champion in the Japanese sword art, Iaido.
